All the swimming ones! But I'm starting to like the running and cycling more now.

Fit2train group when I make it to practice

Best Race?
Vineman was pretty good and that race I did afterwards (can't remember the name)

Worst Race?
Big D Half Marathon. It was too hot!

Why you do triathlons?
Get back into shape & have some fun! I have fun training with the team

Maui Swim, Longhorn 70.3 and White Rock

Most embarrassing moment doing sports?
I fall a these happens often

What time do you wake up?
5am if there is a workout. 6am-8am if there isn't! Depends on when I want to get into work and when I get myself out of bed

Country music
