How did you get into triathlon?
My personal trainer mentioned it would be a good upward move for me to increase fitness and focus after losing a great deal of weight recently

How long have you been doing triathlon?
1 year . Working from Sprint status into Olympic distance

Favorite workout?
Running at Arbor Hills in Plano Texas

Do you have training partners?
Yes ( my dad) and apparently, the sun

Stonebridge Ranch 2008 =)

Worst Race?

Why you do triathlons?
I like to keep fit and continue to improve my level of fitness and increase my endurance

A few 5K runs, Next Triathlon Galveston April 2009

Most embarrassing moment doing sports?

Running Shoe that you wear?

What time do you wake up?
530 AM to train or 7 AM to train ( depending on if weekend or weekday)

Favorite song to train to?
Too Legit to quit - MC Hammer

What kind of food do you eat during a workout?
Nothing during a workout!

Favorite food (regular)?
Chinese Food, oh yeah!and then Pizza, but rarely have that !

Spouse/Significant Other?
Kevin Jackson is my husband, he has been bitten by the fitness bug recently as well. who knows this could eventually be a family act

Other sports interest?
Kickboxing and Dancing

Something that you like to do that is not sports related?
Guitar Hero! And reading

Favorite TV show/movie?
I like reality shows and Family Guy!

Greatest motivator?
Family and friends offer great support, being in the best shape of my life and staying that way is the top motivator right now. Mental toughness can take you so far, its amazing

Interesting fact about yourself?
I have a twin sister and my dad is a twin too!

What do you like to do to get away from triathlon?
Drink margaritas with friends and play games. I love to read too, I know that is boring but it is an escape for sure.
