How did you get into triathlon?
Tired of the same old thing and thought why not. I like the challenge

How long have you been doing triathlon?
1.5 yrs unconsistently

Favorite workout?
bricks and track work.

Do you have training partners?
No one in particular just Anyone that will show up.

Best Race?
I have a lot of best races. The longhorn 1/2 ironman. It was a huge accomplishment

Worst Race?
My first triathlon in Panama city. It was red flag weather I just learned to swim, kind of. I thought that I was going to die that day nobody told me that I did not have to go into the ocean bc other people didn't they just turned in their chip and cylced and ran.

Why you do triathlons?
I like the challenge and I get to meet great people.

What's next for you?
Not Sure

Most embarrassing moment doing sports?
Didn't realize my tri top was that low cut it didn't seem that way in the store when I tried it on. I guess next time I will have to run around the store before purchasing.

Running Shoe that you wear?
Nike Vomeros I like the extra squish

What time do you wake up?
445-500am it sucks. at least I am a morning person

Favorite song to train to?
It varies something with a good beat.

Out of all 3 sports- which is your favorite?
running I have been doing it for a long time

What kind of food do you eat during a workout?
pb and jelly on white and Vanilla GU.

Favorite food (regular)?
Pasta w/ fresh tomato sauce or some vietnamese noodles and fruits all kinds

Other sports interest?
tennis and flag football if I don't break or tear anything.

Something that you like to do that is not sports related?
Cooking( I love shopping at the grocery store), sleeping(wait is that a sport). refer to question # 24

Favorite TV show/movie?
I don't watch much TV. I love the movie There's Something About Mary and other funny movies mindless comedies.

Greatest motivator?
People that have a deficit and still get out there and do the sport.

Royston, Georgia. 1.5 hrs. North of Atlanta. I don't think it is on the map yet. It is the home of TY Cobb, the mean baseball player.

Interesting fact about yourself?
I have torn my quadricep twice. I ran Boston last year and do not have much of a desire to run another marathon. I had to be convinced to do that one after I qualifed w/ bilateral tibia stress fractures.

What do you like to do to get away from triathlon?
Go on vacation, cook, socialize w/ friends, go boating, and hiking .
