A long bike is my favorite workout...steady swim sets are making a move up my list.
Do you have training partners?
Whoever shows up! I like that I can count on that no matter who is there, someone will be going my pace or push me to improve.
Toyota US Open - I set a 5k PR for myself and took home a 1st place Athena trophy even though I hate the cold and it was a cold/rainy day.

Most embarrassing moment doing sports?
Getting out of the pool and running across the deck at Blackland I slipped and fell flat on my face right in front of the bleachers - the crowd went 'ohhhhhhh!'. I jumped up and said 'I'm ok!' and carried on...another reason that race was a fail for me.
