Since January 2009.

Favorite workout?
2009: The track. 2015: The hills.

Best Race?
2009 Disco Triathlon. First triathlon!

2008 White Rock Half Marathon. Open-heart surgery would have felt better; I have never wanted to quit a race, pass out and/or vomit so badly.

Dallas Rock Half, Texas Man, IMBS 70.3, Disco
