How did you get into triathlon?
Just wanted to do it. Its a sport that requires consistency, discipine and thrill of setting goals.
How long have you been doing triathlon?
This will be my first year. I've set an arbitrary goal of doing 5 sprints in one year. After, I'll aim to doing olympic and half Ironmans.

Do you have training partners?
None. This is the reason why i joined: to be with people with similar interests
too few to tell. Ask me again next year.

3:38 AM daily!

What kind of food do you eat during a workout?
Well balanced meals or snacks of carbs, protein and fiber.
Favorite food (regular)?
Fish of all sorts and styles
Yes. whom i call the Wife. Very supportive of me and the sport. Drives her crazy when I sleep at 8pm. hehe
Other sports interest?
Weight training and occassional day at the bookstore.
Something that you like to do that is not sports related?
Movies. big movie buff.

Mad Men/ too many....

What do you like to do to get away from triathlon?
Can't say. Which worries me. I read that sometimes training can be a result of either compulsive or avoidance behavior. I walk the fine line but at heart I know this adds so much dimension in day to day life and I love it!
