How did you get into triathlon?
Started with Team in Training in 2003 doing a half-marathon, then each year I moved up: to Oly Tri, then Half Ironman, then Ironman.

How long have you been doing triathlon?
2013 is my 10th season

Hard bike intervals on the hills

I've been known to cherry pick my groups and workouts, from multiple groups.

Healthy lifestyle. Constant push for a new PR! The bike toys!

Running Shoe that you wear?
Nike Free 5.0 or K-Swiss.

What time do you wake up?
About 6am, but I've been known to snooze until 7am.

Favorite song to train to?

Out of all 3 sports- which is your favorite?
Definitely the bike.

What kind of food do you eat during a workout?
Anything less than 2.5 hours, it's all water. Anything over that time, it's usually a custom Infinit mix.

Favorite food (regular)?
Chipotle Chicken Burrito - especially after a BIG workout.
