How did you get into triathlon?
I had a friend that told me all I had to do was add a swim to my running and biking. So I did.

How long have you been doing triathlon?
3 years.

Favorite workout?
Intervals on the bike. I'm amazed at how fast I can go sometimes. Of course someone is usually pulling me. :)

Do you have training partners?
My running girls, and the F2T bike clan on Saturdays.

Best Race?
TexasMan. The only one I placed in.

Worst Race?
None. If I finish, it was a good race. If I finish well, it was a great race.

Why you do triathlons?
Variety. I got bored with just running.

What's next for you?
Houston Marathon, and small tris this upcoming year.

Most embarrassing moment doing sports?
Trying to get off my bike at transition in River Cities. I couldn't get my leg over the bike so I just fell down. Awful!

What time do you wake up?
4:45 am when I'm training.

Favorite song to train to?
Don't listen to music when I train.

What kind of food do you eat during a workout?
Infinit on the bike, Gu on the run

Peanut butter

Yes. He owns pizza Lounge.

Something that you like to do that is not sports related?
Hang out with friends, drink wine

Favorite TV show/movie?
Seinfeld. So sad it's gone.

Greatest motivator?
Weight; getting a better time than before
