How did you get into triathlon?
I had been a runner for a while and swam in high school.

How long have you been doing triathlon?
4 years

Favorite workout?
Short brick run after a long ride, I have a route that has a fantastic view of Dallas from across the lake

Do you have training partners?
A few friends, but hopefully a lot more through Fit2Train.

Best Race?
I was finally able to break 1:30 in a half-marathon last fall, it had been a goal for a while.

Worst Race?
They all have their good and bad moments, but the worst races are the best learning opportunities.

Why you do triathlons?
I'm a competitor, I enjoy each of the different elements of the sport and I like the challenge of trying to master three disciplines, four if you count nutrition (five if you count transitions).

Depends what's on the training schedule, but typically 6:30am.
