Was tired of being lazy.

How long have you been doing triathlon?
I started in 2003 right after college. I was trying to lose some weight and ended up finding a great sport.

Favorite workout?
Open water swims are so much fun. Trying different stroke cadence in varying weather has really helped...I think.

Do you have training partners?
The fit2train crew and Sara :)

Best Race?
My best race was probably striders duathlon in 2008.

Worst Race?
Usually the Athens triathlon. It's so early in the year so I never have the kinks worked out. I usually forget my helmet or shorts or bike etc.....

Why you do triathlons?
I like that it's an individual sport with a group/team mentality. You compete alone but training, pre-race, and post-race are all about the team and having fun.

Calgary 70.3 and Sprint National Champs.
