How did you get into triathlon?
I was always fascinated by the Hawaii Ironman coverage on TV and knew that triathlon would be fun to try. Since I enjoy fitness, so the idea of swimming, biking and running sounded fun and made sense.
How long have you been doing triathlon?
Off and on for about six years.
Probably cycling since it's fun to socialize along the way. Swimming is my weakest sport, but it's the workout that makes my body feel the best.
Do you have training partners?
Yes, but I joined Fit2Train to add to the list.

Why you do triathlons?
I like the training in different sports. The races are fun and challenging. I like the competition and the people that are in the sport.
What's next for you?
A great 2007 season.

You don't want to know.

Favorite song to train to?
Too many to choose from.
Out of all 3 sports- which is your favorite?
What kind of food do you eat during a workout?
Cereal bars, gels. I did the fig newton thing for a season, but had too many that year and may never go there again.

My wife's name is D'Ann.

Mountain biking, flag football, soccer.

Too many movies to list.
Born in San Pedro, CA, but lived most of my life in Texas.

I have a twin sister.
What do you like to do to get away from triathlon?
Play with my daughter and do just about anything outside.
