How did you get into triathlon?
As most I watched the Hawaii Ironman growing up, never thinking those people were crazy, but how much I wanted to do that. As I got older and fatter, I figured now was as good of time as any to try tris. Also needed to give my body a break from marathons.

How long have you been doing triathlon?
5 years

Favorite workout?
Love Bricks (bike- run or swim-run).

Do you have training partners?
sometimes- always looking for other slow people!

Best Race?
Tri- CapTextri Marathon- NYC Local- Freedom Run (small bias as chair of the event)

Worst Race?
no bad races just many overpriced and underwhelming races. Did however almost drown at my last half-ironman due to lake swells...and my poor swimming!

Why you do triathlons?
General fitness and to fight the results of sitting at a desk during the week.

Most embarrassing moment doing sports?
Too many to count--most recent was falling off my bike at dismount line because I forgot to unclip.

Infinit or Hammer gels (or pizza)

who has time for TV/Movies?!! I'd say favorite movie- Strange Brew and/or Caddy Shack or any other horribly bad slapstick comedy.

Rode a bike for the first time in my life in 2002.
