Team Fit2Train Workouts

Workouts take place in Dallas (near and at White Rock Lake) and in North Dallas (Plano area).

While coached workouts are offered more than 5 times per week we don’t expect members to attend every workout. Try to make the ones you can and have fun training with the team.

    AM Track
    PM  Rookie Swim Workout
  • Wednesday
    PM Group Ride (intervals)
  • Thursday
    AM  Group Run (Hills, Fartleks, Intervals and other)
    PM  Rookie Swim Workout
  • Friday
    AM Recovery Run (North team only)
  • Saturday
    AM Group Ride  or Group Swim / Bike or Group Bike / Run
  • Sunday
    AM  Group Run

Occasionally there special Fit2train events (social and training) in addition to races, rallies or runs that lead to altering this typical schedule.
